Every subscription is month to month. Cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@malesedi.ai. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in.
If something went wrong — a double charge, a billing error, a paid plan that did not activate — tell us within 30 days and we will refund the affected charge in full, back to the original payment method via PayFast, normally within 5–10 business days.
For a first subscription payment: if you have used little or none of the plan's allowance, ask within 7 days and we will refund it — no interrogation. Where the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you a cooling-off right, we honour it.
Used allowances are consumed on delivery (each AI reply costs us compute the moment it streams), so we do not refund the used portion of a month mid-cycle — cancellation with access to period end is the fair mechanism for that.
The BYOK platform fee follows the same rules as subscriptions. Model usage billed by your own provider (OpenRouter, Vercel) is governed by that provider's refund policy, not ours.
Voluntary donations to the network's community projects are not refundable except in cases of error or fraud — contact us and we will put it right.
