Essential cookies

Essential cookies and similar storage keep you signed in, protect forms and sessions, remember security state and route you to the service you requested. The site cannot provide authenticated chat without them, so they are used when strictly necessary rather than on the basis of optional marketing consent.

Operational telemetry

Hosting, identity, application and security providers may record IP address, browser details, request timing, errors and security events. We use this limited telemetry to run, diagnose and protect malesedi.ai. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell cookie-derived profiles.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics are not enabled in the current launch. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and provide a consent choice before setting those cookies where required.

Free-trial AI-route consent

The one-time 15-message Free trial uses a separate AI-provider route that does not guarantee zero data retention. This is not cookie consent: before the first trial message, the app displays a separate notice and asks you to consent to that processing. Refusing or withdrawing that consent prevents use of the trial route.

Your controls

You can remove site data through your browser, but doing so may sign you out or reset security state. Browser “do not track” signals do not change the essential processing described above. For access, objection or deletion requests, see our Privacy and POPIA notice.
